Positive outcome from meeting with Elected Members on 9 March - full Youth
Council now meeting on regular basis with small 'core group' meeting more
frequently to plan future developments - currently seeking funding to
organise a residential weekend. Sub groups also proposed to address specific
topics of interest/concern.

Development of an integrated workforce development plan for Moray.

Recognised problem with qualification profile of Moray workforce. Targeting approach being developed, a number of sectors have already established plans and work is being done to develop plans within other key sectors including the Care sector and Tourism.
