Quarter 4 update:
A meeting is planned for the beginning of Q1 09/10 to finalise the architect plans for the new building on Hamilton Drive, Elgin. Following any amendments to the plans work will then commence.

Develop local Individual packages of care and education to reduce the number of out of area placements
